How the Top 500 was constructed
There is no single official table of 500 U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturers. The atlas combines FDA registration sources, industry associations and cluster directories, then prioritises companies by practical relevance to FUZKK.
| Range | Tier | Basis | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–100 | FUZKK atlas leaders | Large pharma, biologics, generics, diagnostics and CDMOs | Not a single official revenue ranking. |
| 101–500 | Extended selection | Biotech, advanced therapies, regional manufacturing and contract services | Extends technological and geographic coverage. |
| All positions | FUZKK fit | Product/API, Lumex, LabEx and Medical Devices | Potential applicability rather than actual deployment. |

What the atlas does not claim
- that positions 1–500 form an official revenue ranking;
- that every site was individually rechecked in FDA DECRS on the build date;
- that inclusion in the NDC Directory means FDA product approval;
- that a company uses FUZKK or a specific equipment model;
- that the proposed utility set is validated for a particular site.
